This coming Sunday is our annual Ward conference. Due to combined classes, the following changes will be made in class venue: Gospel Doctrine will be taught in the Chapel; Young Men and Young Women will be combined in the Cultural Hall for the last 2 hours; the Melchizedek Priesthood and Relief Society will be combined and meet in the Chapel. These classes will be taught by East Stake Leaders.

We have been asked, along with the Gateway Ward, to provide the Zone Conference Luncheon for about 40 missionaries on April 4th. Our ward will be providing potato and macaroni salad and hamburger fixings (sliced tomato, lettuce, sliced onions, pickles). There will be a sign-up in the binder the next 2 Sundays.

Also for all of you who sew and are available, we have been asked to have sisters available at the Luncheon to help the missionaries with repairs. If you have a sewing machine that you can bring, please do so,. The ward will provide thread, hand sewing needles, and replacement buttons. A sign-up will also be in the binder the next 2 weeks.

For those with young men going to camp this summer, the Las Vegas Area Council offers scholarships to any Boy Scout attending an Area Scout Camp. Del Webb qualifies as an Area Camp. You must call the Scout Office to inquire about the scholarships.
